I am aware of your suffering. The statement about the Jews in Iraq does not dispute what happened in the countries you mentioned. As an African American, I've been taught not to be used to oppress another oppressed group and be part of a divide and conquer. I am an original baby boomer and well aware of the horrors of WWII against the Jews in Europe. It was part of our education in the 1950's along with the pictures which were current history then. In Shindler's List when the officer called the young lady and Jew @!$%#, I heard @!$%# Whore. I also realized from the pictures I saw in the 1950's that the people in the court yard did not look like the ones pictures. Mr. Spielberg would have to use anorexics to get what was in the pictures. How you were placed in this area was to be used as a tool to promote divide and conquer. Had you made peace with you cousins on your own and gone home, there would not be the turmoil. It also served o get you out of Europe. It was very common during the Civil Rights Movement to hear how we were better than another oppressed group. I always called the person giving the message on what they were saying and let them know I was not buying into the hate and sterotyping of anoher group. I am sorry for the suffering of all oppressed people. It hurts, deeply
